Aerodei is a software platform that helps companies turn their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goals into a fun and engaging game. It's like a fitness tracker for inclusivity, where every employee can see their progress and contribute to a more positive workplace culture. The platform uses AI to measure the impact of DEI efforts in real-time, making it easy for companies to see what's working and where they can improve.

The Problem

This leads to a lot of wasted resources and a feeling that DEI is just for show.
