Aerodei is a software platform that helps companies turn their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goals into a fun and engaging game. It's like a fitness tracker for inclusivity, where every employee can see their progress and contribute to a more positive workplace culture. The platform uses AI to measure the impact of DEI efforts in real-time, making it easy for companies to see what's working and where they can improve.

The Problem
Many companies want to be more inclusive, but they struggle to put their intentions into action. They spend a lot of money on DEI training, but then there's no follow-through. Employees don't know what they're supposed to do, and leaders don't have a way to measure if their initiatives are actually making a difference. This leads to a lot of wasted resources and a feeling that DEI is just for show.
The Pain Points
Lack of tangible results: Companies were investing in DEI but had no way to prove it was working.
Employee disengagement: Without a clear plan, DEI initiatives felt like a burden, and employees quickly lost interest.
