Through its website and mobile apps, the company provides at home testing, video consultations with top allergists, and personalized treatment plans, making high quality care for conditions like food allergies more convenient and accessible.

The Problem
Getting high quality care for allergies is often a frustrating and difficult process. Patients face long wait times to see a specialist, a lack of price transparency, and the inconvenience of traveling for in person appointments. For parents managing a child's severe food allergy, these barriers can be especially stressful and can delay access to critical, life changing treatments.
The Pain Points
Geographic Barriers: Access to top allergy specialists is often limited to patients living near major cities.
Long Wait Times: It can take months to get an appointment with a qualified allergist.
High and Unpredictable Costs: The lack of price transparency in healthcare makes it difficult for families to budget for care.
Inconvenience: Juggling work, school, and travel for frequent in person appointments is a major burden for busy families.
The Target Users
The primary users are individuals and families across the US who are dealing with allergies, particularly severe food allergies. This includes parents who are seeking convenient and reliable care for their children without the stress and disruption of traditional clinic visits.
The Solution
My role was to design the end to end user experience across the website and mobile applications and to build the marketing website in Webflow. The solution was to create a seamless and reassuring digital platform that could:
Build Trust and Credibility: The design of the website and apps had to be clean, professional, and empathetic. It needed to immediately convey that Spacial Health is a trustworthy medical provider, featuring clear information about their doctors and treatment methods.
Simplify the Patient Journey: I designed a simple, step by step user flow, from the initial at home test kit ordering process to scheduling a video consultation and managing a personalized treatment plan within the app.
Ensure Accessibility: The user interface for both the web and mobile apps was designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate for a non technical audience, including busy parents who may be managing their child's care.
Drive Patient Acquisition: As the Webflow developer, I built a fast, responsive, and SEO optimized marketing website with clear calls to action, guiding prospective patients to sign up and begin their care journey.
